Owner & Chief Instructor, Moises Contreras is a 6th Degree Master Black Belt and a Level 4 Certified Instructor with over 20 years martial arts training.
Mr. Contreras and his staff are dedicated to providing a high level martial arts experience & developing students in the arts of TaeKwonDo &
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. At Athens TaeKwonDo Plus, our goal is also to inspire our students to become excellent leaders of our community.
Athens Taekwondo Plus is also the only YogaFit facility in the region, with classes offered mornings & evenings.

Tiger-Rock Martial Art Instructors are required to be certified and earn continuing
education credits to keep up-to-date with the latest policies and teaching methods,
ensuring safety and enhanced learning. Tiger-Rock Martial Arts International recommends
that all Instructors in the academy maintain a current CPR and First Aid certification.
Tiger-Rock Martial Arts also recommends academy owners conduct background checks
on all annually-qualified Instructors and academy workers 18 years old or older.
Academies place a high priority on protecting the safety of members.
