Owner & Chief Instructor, Moises Contreras is a 6th Degree Master Black Belt and a Level 4 Certified Instructor with over 20 years martial arts training.
Mr. Contreras and his staff are dedicated to providing a high level martial arts experience & developing students in the arts of TaeKwonDo &
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. At Athens TaeKwonDo Plus, our goal is also to inspire our students to become excellent leaders of our community.
Athens Taekwondo Plus is also the only YogaFit facility in the region, with classes offered mornings & evenings.
With just one class, you will quickly see how our program will help build self-esteem, coordination, discipline and confidence. Both children and adults will enjoy the benefits of martial arts as a great way to keep the mind and body in top form.
